(HELENA)--- The Montana State Library (MSL) Commission will meet at the Montana State Capitol, Room 152 in Helena and on Zoom on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The public is invited to attend.  For an agenda, meeting materials, and information about how to join the online meeting, visit:

The Montana State Library Commission meets at least six times per year. Commissioners include Elsie Arntzen - Superintendent of Public Instruction, Vice-Chair Tom Burnett of Bozeman, Carmen Cuthbertson of Kalispell, Tammy Hall of Bozeman, Brian Rossmann - Commissioner of Higher Education Appointee, Chair Robyn Scribner of Geraldine, and Peggy Taylor of Whitefish.

The Commission will consider action on the consent agenda and a State Library Trust request. They will receive standing reports and information items from the State Librarian on the FY24 Work Plan Dashboard, website dead links report, FY24 reports on contracts and personnel, and the Interim Budget Committee Real Time Network Report.

The public meeting will be followed by a Commission Work Session to discuss goal setting and preliminary legislative requests. No Commission action will be taken.
