Montana Land Information Advisory Council to Meet Online

In this meeting, the council will consider action on past executive summaries, the FY 2023 Land Information Plan, and the 2022 MLIAC meeting schedule. They will hear reports about the MLIA Grant and Land Information Subcommittee recruitment, MAGIP, and the 1st quarter MLIA Financial Report. They will receive updates about geo-enabled elections, MSDI, the Strategic Plan, and the Land Information Subcommittee.
Members of the public who wish to share written comment or pertinent visual materials to the Council must submit written public comment to GIS Coordinator, Erin Fashoway, no later than 24 hours before the start of the public meetings.
The Montana Land Information Advisory Council was established by statute through the Montana Land Information Act with the purpose of establishing a planning framework for land information and granting process for Montana. Members of the Council represent federal and state agencies, tribes, private businesses, local governments, the university system, and the Montana legislature.
