Montana Land Information Advisory Council to Meet Online

(HELENA) --- The Montana Land Information Advisory Council will meet online Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

At this meeting, the council will receive updates and reports from different subcommittees and various projects or theme layers.  They will discuss the 2020 Montana Land Information Act Legislative Report and will consider the FY2022 Land Information Plan, MLIAC representation on the MAGIP Board, and the 2021 Council Meeting Schedule.

The Montana Land Information Advisory Council was established by statute through the Montana Land Information Act with the purpose of establishing a planning framework for land information and granting processes for Montana.  Members of the Council represent federal and state agencies, tribes, private businesses, local governments, the university system, and the Montana legislature.
