State Administration Committee Agenda Change for Sept. 1
The agenda for the State Administration and Veterans' Affairs Interim Committee's Sept. 1 meeting has been revised to reflect two changes. First, the scheduled time for Secretary of State Corey Stapleton to update the committee on elections and federal grants has been changed from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Second, although the committee was set to review the Secretary of State's bill draft proposals, the Secretary of State's Office will not have any agency bill proposals. The revised agenda has been posted to the committee's meeting information web page.
A link to the final report of the State-Tribal Relations Committee on the HJ 10 study of barriers to American Indian Voting has also been posted to SAVA's web page. See item 11.
As previously noticed, the Sept. 1 meeting will be held entirely by Zoom conference. Any member of the public wishing to offer live public comment may contact committee staff at sscurr@mt.gov or 406-444-3596 to request the Zoom link information. Please make requests for Zoom participation by 10 a.m. on Aug. 31, 2020.
Written public comment is also welcomed. To provide written testimony, please email your testimony to staff at sscurr@mt.gov.
The meeting will be live streamed via a link on www.leg.mt.gov and broadcast on the Montana Public Affairs Network (MPAN).
