ETIC requests comment on draft report, potential legislation
The Energy and Telecommunications Interim Committee (EQC) requests public comment on several topics the committee studied in the interim.
The ETIC meets Sept. 8 to adopt final reports, review proposed agency legislation, and decide if the committee will endorse legislation for the 2021 Legislative Session.

Members of the 2019-20 ETIC are senators Janet Ellis, Mary McNally, Keith Regier, and Tom Richmond and representatives Laurie Bishop, Denise Hayman, Christopher Pope, Derek Skees, Brad Tschida, and Daniel Zolnikov.
