Superintendent Arntzen Submits CARES Act Funding and School Year-End Flexibility Requests to the Governor’s Office

HELENA— Superintendent of Public Instruction Elsie Arntzen has submitted two requests to the Governor’s office to address funding from the federal CARES Act as well as to request flexibility for local schools as they prepare for the end of the school year.

Governor Steve Bullock today announced federal support for the National Guard to respond to COVID-19 in Montana after President Trump approved the governor’s request for Title 32 status.
