HELENA, Mont. – Marketplace on Main, LLC was honored with the 2025 Retailer of the Year award today at the annual Made in Montana Trade Show in Helena. Montana Lt. Gov. Kristen Juras and Montana Department of Commerce Acting Director Mandy Rambo presented the award to Lisa and Rod Cline of Cut Bank, owners of Marketplace on Main, at the show.

“Commerce congratulates Marketplace on Main for winning this award. We also want to congratulate the other award recipients and all the Made in Montana businesses that make this trade show such a huge success every year,” said Rambo. “The Made in Montana program has helped expand our state’s economy for over forty years, providing local businesses a supportive platform to create a solid foundation for success.”

Marketplace on Main features authentic Made in Montana products from over 70 quality vendors, with more than 20 of those from Glacier County, and locally crafted handmade pieces from local artists.

Lisa Cline said, “Rod and I are lifelong Montanans who believe in the talent of those in our state, as well as our local area. When we bought an old, nearly vacant office building on Cut Bank’s Main Street in October of 2022, we immediately made plans to open a Made in Montana-themed store. We opened in March of 2023, and we built a small business made entirely of other small businesses. Our store manager, Jacey Hannon, has been with us every step of the way.”

Each year, Montana retailers are nominated by their peers to receive the Retailer of the Year Award. Other awards were presented at the show today; Lt. Gov. Juras and Director Rambo presented them to the following winners:
