The Revenue and Transportation Interim Committee will hold a conference call at 11 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2015.
The purpose of the conference call is for the committee to provide direction on a poll required to be conducted because 20 or more legislators objected to a proposed administrative rule. The rule is proposed by the Department of Revenue to implement Senate Bill No. 410. A draft of an appendix to accompany the polling documents is available on the committee website. Additional documents will be posted as they become available.
Public comment regarding the poll will be taken during the conference call in Room 335 of the Capitol building or may be submitted in advance of the meeting to firstname.lastname@example.org.
