Superintendent Elsie Arntzen and the OPI's Systems of Care Tribal Wraparound Project Facilitators will be hosting an open house at their new office on the Montana State University-Billings Campus from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Friday, February 28th. They are located in the College of Education in Room 158. The public is welcome to come learn about the positive work that tribal wraparound facilitators are doing to support Montana’s American Indian communities through family-driven, culturally competent, youth guided, and strength-based objectives under a federal Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services grant. Light refreshments will be available.
