MONTANA STATE LIBRARY COMMISSION TO MEET IN HELENA AND ONLINE

(HELENA)--- The Montana State Library Commission will meet in Helena in the State Room at the Delta Marriott Hotel and via webinar on Wednesday, April 10, at 9:30 a.m. The Delta Marriott Hotel is located at 2301 Colonial Drive in Helena. This meeting is in coordination with the Montana Library Association conference. The public is invited to attend. The Montana State Library Commission meets six times per year. Commissioners include Chair Aaron LaFromboise of Browning; Bruce Newell of Helena; Kenning Arlitsch, appointee of the commissioner of Higher Education; Elsie Arntzen of Helena, Superintendent of Public Instruction; Jamie Doggett of White Sulphur Springs; Anne Kish of Twin Bridges; and Ken Wall of Missoula.

At this meeting, the Commission will discuss legislative updates, they will review State Library work plans, they will discuss Commission goals and objectives, and they will consider action on items including the Fiscal Year 2019 Third Quarter Financial Report, the Montana Land Information Act Grant Awards, library policies, and a Montana State Library Trust request.
