Montana Land Information Advisory Council to Meet in Helena
The Montana Land Information Advisory Council will meet Wednesday, September 11, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation Headquarters (1539 11th Avenue, Helena, MT).
The Council will discuss the development of the FY2021 Montana Land Information Plan, Montana Spatial Data Infrastructure updates, the current MLIA Grant Projects, and other important geospatial activities/policies for the State of Montana. The Montana Land Information Advisory Council was established by statute through the Montana Land Information Act with the purpose of establishing a planning framework for land information and granting processes for Montana. Members of the Council represent federal and state agencies, tribes, private businesses, local governments, the university system, and the Montana legislature.
