The Cultural and Aesthetic Trust committee will meet October 15-16, 2018 to review applications.
October 15 1:00pm-5:00pm
October 16 9:00am-3:00pm
State Capitol, Room 152, Helena, MT

Public comment is a part of the open meeting process. Please note, however, applicants attending the advisory committee meeting as observers will not be allowed to address their application, thereby not having an unfair advantage over those who are not in attendance.
Following the committee meeting, funding recommendations and comments will be sent to the applicants for review before inclusion in the HB9 Legislative Budget book. (Sample from last session) The recommendations will be reviewed by the Long-Range Planning Subcommittee (LRPC), most likely in early February. The members of the LRPC will be listed here after the elections. You will have the opportunity to testify before the LRPC if you wish. The applications will then continue through the legislative process via HB9. Final awards will be announced by email late in May 2019.
