Montana State Library Commission to Meet in Helena and Online

 

(HELENA)--- The Montana State Library Commission will meet in Helena at the Montana State Library and also via webinar on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.  The Montana State Library is located at 1515 E. The Montana State Library Commission meets six times per year. Commissioners include Chair Bruce Newell of Helena; Kenning Arlitsch, appointee of the commissioner of Higher Education; Elsie Arntzen of Helena, Superintendent of Public Instruction; Connie Eissinger of Brockway; Anne Kish of Twin Bridges; Aaron LaFromboise of Browning; and Ken Wall of Missoula.

At this meeting, the Commission will take action on the FY 19 Montana Land Information Plan, they will hear an update on the outcomes of the Montana State Library Summer Leadership Institute, and they will meet in a work session to evaluate current Montana State Library funding sources ahead of next year’s budgeting process.
