HISORY OF SIEBEN RANCH IN HELENA VALLEY TOPIC AT MHS

The historic Sieben Ranch has been a part of Helena history over the years.

On Thursday (March 30) at 6:30 p.m. at the Montana Historical Society MHS Interpretive Historian Ellen Baumler will present a free public program, “Stopping Along the Way,” to tell the remarkable history of the place that is tied to Helena history.

The talk will peel back the layers of the prehistory and history of the area now known as the Sieben Ranch to reveal some surprising stories and occupants showing a diversity of human experience, a depth of contribution and a commitment to stewardship that continues today.

The talk is an encore of a talk she delivered in January.
